  • Booking and Payment: Details regarding booking services, fees, and payment terms will be provided in individual contracts between InspireMe and the school or parent. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
4. User Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when interacting with InspireMe or using our services. This includes providing accurate information about children requiring support.
  • Parental Consent: If using our services for a child under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child or have obtained consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
  • Compliance with School Policies: InspireMe works within the framework of each school’s policies, including behaviour policies. You agree to cooperate with the school’s regulations during the delivery of services.
5. Intellectual Property
  • Content Ownership: All content on the InspireMe website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of InspireMe and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from InspireMe.
